Shipping policy
Smart Caregiver ensures that your order will be processed promptly and the items will arrive pre-programmed and ready for use upon delivery (except not all products include batteries). All orders received by 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm PST on weekdays and orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day. If you have a large order or an order that requires extensive product programming, it may take an extra 1-2 business days to ship.
Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of your package(s), excluding applicable sales tax. Free Shipping on orders over $59.95 applies to the contiguous United States only (excludes HI and AK) and will be shipped ground economy. Orders can be shipped anywhere within the United States and Canada. Tariffs, duties, or other taxes for shipments outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note: USPS is experiencing issues with package tracking and delays that are beyond our control. If you need your items urgently, please select FedEx as your shipping carrier. If you have already placed your order and want to change your shipping method, please contact us and we will try to change it if your order has not yet left our facility.
Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays in transit time. Ground delivery is generally 5 to 7 business days, not including holidays or weekends. Please note, we might have to change the shipping carrier if shipping to P.O. Boxes which can impact transit times. Some P.O. Box locations might not be able to receive large packages, in which case we will request an alternative address, which may impact delivery time. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or natural disasters that could delay delivery.
