  • Smart Caregiver's paging systems alert caregivers when help is needed. We have options with sensors that automatically let you know when help is needed as well as call buttons where help is requested with the push of a button.

  • The Smart Caregiver bed alarm automatically lets you know when the person that you are taking care of starts to get up from bed.

    Smart Caregiver's early warning technology sends you an early alert the moment that your loved one begins to sit up in bed so you can assist them before they try to walk unassisted.

    A discreet sensor pad is placed under the fitted sheet of the bed, near the shoulders of the person that is being cared for. When they start to sit up in bed, you are alerted on your caregiver pager.

  • We have sensors to cover any part of your home or facility. Our products can be used to monitor chairs or wheelchairs, bedroom safety, bathroom safety, doorway exit monitoring, and more. Our sensors include bed exit sensors, chair exit sensors, door exit sensors, floor mat sensors, motion sensors, call buttons, and emergency pull cords.

  • Smart Caregiver's products alert caregivers when the person they're caring for is on the move so they can assist them and help prevent them from falling or wandering.

    Caregivers are alerted via a caregiver pager or alert monitor. These are connected to our patient monitoring sensors. We have sensors for all settings, including: bed exit sensors, chair exit sensors, door exit sensors, floor mat sensors, motion sensors, call buttons, emergency pull cords, and more.

  • The battery life depends on how often the alarm is set off. We recommend using name brand batteries in your product for the best function. We also offer AC adapters for most of our monitors, please contact us if you have any questions.

  • All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us if you have any issues with your product and we'll be happy to address them.

    Warranty length varies by product.

    It does not cover customer damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Returns & Refunds

  • A refund request can be submitted within 45 days after the purchase is made.

  • Products that are unused and in new condition with all original packaging are eligible for a full refund if returned within 45 days from the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns received after 45 days from the purchase date

    Products and packaging that have been open and used are eligible for a partial refund.

    Product that have been damaged, and the damage is not covered by the warranty, are not eligible for a refund.
