Families Caught Falls Before They Happened

Real stories from caregivers just like you.

★★★★★

"I liked the bed alarm because I am now able to sleep better at night without worrying about my 92 year old mother getting out of bed. She just came home from a nursing home after falling and breaking her hip. The bed alarm along with the visual monitor I have in her room I hope prevent any other falls at night."

★★★★★

"I absolutely love this bed alarm. It works like a charm. It helps to keep my mom safe. It alerts us and allows us to help her out of bed and to the bathroom safely since we can be there to assist her. Just recently our year and half old bed alarm suddenly stopped working so I panicked and ordered one right away. I was so surprised how fast it arrived from California to Chicago. It showed up faster than if I had ordered it from Amazon. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and professional too! If you are thinking about this product for your love one I would definitely recommend purchasing it."

Common Questions from Family Caregivers

We hear these every day. Here are honest answers.

How do your systems help us reduce falls & wandering?

We have a variety of sensors including bed exit sensors, chair exit sensors, floor mat sensors, door exit sensors, call buttons, motion sensors, emergency pull cords, and more. These can be configured to alert you when your loved one is on-the-move and needs assistance.

For bed exit monitoring, our sensor pads provide an early alert when you when your loved one sits up in bed, before they actually get up, so you can go help them.

What type of product support do you provide?

Our customer service team is available by phone, email, or text Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:15pm PST. We will work with you to figure out the best products for your care setting. After purchasing, we're available to help set up your product, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues.

How hard is it to set up? I'm not very tech-savvy.

Setup really does take about 5 minutes. For most of our wireless systems, you turn on the sensors, place the sensors in the areas of your home that you are monitoring, and turn on the pager. There's no app, no WiFi, no account to create.

And if you get stuck at any point, our customer service team is a phone call away. We walk people through it every day — it's one of our favorite things to do.

Will I get false alarms in the middle of the night?

Our sensor pads are designed to activate when your loved one shifts their full body weight off the sensor — not from minor rolling or repositioning in bed. For most families, nuisance alarms are rare with proper placement.

If you do experience frequent false alarms, our team can help you troubleshoot. Sometimes a simple pad repositioning is all it takes. We've helped thousands of families dial in their setup, and we're happy to do the same for yours.
